Recovering from a Fall
Virginia B. is an 86-year-old woman who suffered from a fall at home which caused altered mental status and generalized weakness. Her family was extremely concerned with whether rehabilitation would help. Virginia was able to complete her rehabilitation 5 weeks before scheduled discharge, and she was able to go back home with her family.
