Oakton Arms offers a variety of events, activities and outings for residents to participate in and enjoy. Every Wednesday, residents select a restaurant of their choice for a lunch outing. We also enjoy regular outings to the movies, live theater, the casino, and seasonal bus trips to see holiday lights, decorations and more.
Residents at Oakton Arms enjoy many guests including pianist Yan Sklabman who entertains us with beautiful music, the Des Plaines Garden Club who does season crafts with residents, and 3 different church groups to provide religious services. We also have several volunteer groups who visit and a regular basis for a variety of entertain and provide wonderful activities for our residents to enjoy. There’s never a dull moment at Oakton Arms!
